Payment
Stanley Street Butchery uses Pin Payments or Stripe to process online credit card payments. Birchson Pty Ltd will be taking payments for and on behalf of Stanley Street Butchery and SAproducts.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted. We apologise for being unable to accept American Express or Diners Club, or Paypal, at this time.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (unless marked otherwise) and are GST inclusive.
Policy on Unavailable Products
We produce fresh Boerewors and fresh meat cuts daily and these items are always in stock (unless we have unforeseen meat shortages). Should this occur, the value of the portion of your order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the order.
Shipping
Stanley Street Butchery offers a Click and Collect service only at this time. No courier service is available for products sold on this website.
Returns
Fresh Meat and Boerewors are perishable products and should be stored correctly. Replacement of orders is at the full discretion of Stanley Street Butchery.
Returns can ONLY be authorised by us, so please confirm by emailing us at [email protected] how and where to return items prior to doing so.
Liquor Sales
No liquor will be sold on the Stanley Street Butchery website.
Requests for liquor sales are redirected to the SAproducts website which has its own Terms and Conditions. Acknowledgement of these terms and conditions is required prior to checkout on SAproducts. For information purposes the SAproducts Liquor Sales terms are listed here:
Under the Australian liquor control reform act of 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years of age, and doing so attracts large penalties. By choosing to order liquor through our website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally allowed to purchase liquor according to the liquor regulations of your Australian state as well as that of the State of New South Wales.
